Premises Clearance Redundant & End-of-Line Stock Equipment & Machinery Landlords & Property Insolvency & Liquidation All East Anglia

How It Works

We clear it —
and pay for what has value

Most commercial premises contain a mix of items — some worth money, most not. We handle the whole lot so you don't have to.

If it has trade value, we pay for it

Items with genuine resale value — IT equipment, tools, electrical components, useful stock — are purchased outright. We pay a fair trade price and collect. You receive a payment and an empty space.

If it doesn't, we still take it

Old furniture, worn-out equipment and stock with no secondary market is removed at no charge where the value in other items covers the cost. We'll tell you upfront if there's anything to pay — no surprises.

What We Deal With

Stock, equipment &
commercial assets

Our focus is commercial and industrial stock and equipment — the kind of things businesses accumulate and struggle to shift. Office furniture and general waste we leave to others.

Large commercial warehouse — the type of premises East Anglia Asset Partners clears across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire

Unsold & Redundant Stock

End-of-line product ranges, obsolete stock, overstocked warehouses and old inventory that businesses simply need gone. We buy the lot outright — no need to break it up, list it or find individual buyers. Common in manufacturing, distribution, retail trade and wholesale across East Anglia.

Equipment & Machinery

Industrial and commercial equipment that firms no longer need — electrical equipment, tools, machinery, test instruments, photographic kit, IT and telecoms. Whether it's a single machine or a full workshop, we assess and buy whatever has trade value and take the rest away.

Premises & Asset Clearances

Full clearances of commercial premises — factories, warehouses, workshops and offices — typically as part of a closure, relocation, insolvency or downsizing. We pay for what has value and remove the rest cleanly.

Why Not Just Skip It?

No fees. No timetables.
We just take it.

The alternative to calling us is finding individual buyers for the items worth selling, hiring a skip for everything else, and spending days managing it all while you're trying to close a business or hit a vacate deadline. That's before you factor in auction fees, unsold lots and the items that end up abandoned on site.

We take the whole lot. Tools, IT equipment, electrical stock, old product lines, overage inventory, workshop contents — whatever's there. If it has trade value, we pay for it. If it doesn't, we still take it. Most commercial and industrial clearances across East Anglia cost nothing — and many result in a payment back to you. For larger jobs we work to a schedule that suits your timetable.

The Process

From first call to
empty premises

Tell Us What You Have

A brief description or a few photos is enough to get started. What type of premises, roughly what's in it, where it is. We respond same business day.

We Assess

For anything beyond a simple single-item collection, we'll visit to assess what's there. We tell you honestly what has value, what we can clear for free, and whether there's any charge — before you commit to anything.

We Agree Terms

No obligation. If our assessment works for you, we agree what gets purchased, what gets removed, and confirm whether there's a net payment to you or a modest clearance charge.

Commercial Landlords & Property

Tenant left a
full premises behind?

It happens more than it should. A tenant closes, goes into administration or simply vacates — leaving behind a premises full of equipment, stock, furniture and general contents that weren't in the original tenancy agreement.

You need the property cleared so you can relet it, refurbish it or hand it back to a freeholder. We work alongside commercial landlords, property agents and managing agents across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire to clear vacated premises quickly and professionally.

Whatever the previous tenant left behind — equipment, tools, old stock, IT, furniture — we assess it, pay for anything with trade value, and remove the rest. In many cases the clearance costs nothing. The property is cleared, you move on.

Common Questions

Clearance questions answered

Yes. We work regularly with commercial landlords, property agents and managing agents across East Anglia who need vacated or abandoned premises cleared. We assess what's been left behind, pay for anything with trade value and remove the rest — so you can relet, refurbish or hand back the property without delay.
Yes — this is exactly what we deal with. End-of-line stock, obsolete inventory, overstocked lines and redundant product ranges that businesses just need gone. We buy the lot outright or clear it as part of a broader arrangement. No need to list or advertise individual items.
Any commercial stock a business no longer has a route to sell — discontinued product lines, superseded components, overstock from a range change, old branded stock, equipment that's been replaced or upgraded. If it's taking up space and you can't shift it through normal channels, we're likely interested.
Where there's genuine trade value in the stock or equipment, clearance is free — we may even pay you something. Where there's very little value, there may be a modest charge. We'll tell you honestly upfront before you commit to anything.
Yes. We handle full premises clearances — machinery, equipment, tools, stock and remaining contents. We pay for what has trade value and remove the rest. We work around your closure or vacate timetable and cover all of Suffolk and the wider East Anglia region.
We respond to initial enquiries on the same business day. For clearances that need a site visit to assess, we aim to attend within a few business days. We can prioritise where there's a deadline — a property vacate date, an insolvency timetable or a relocation.
